Birthing Experience Prenatal Class

Our class will teach you the stages of labor and how to tell true labor from false labor. You will also learn about the birth process, pain relief options and your recovery after delivery. This class is a prerequisite to attend the Coaches Clinic. This class is free. Enroll the mother to be only only. It is not necessary to save a spot for your partner or coach.
