Donations to the Cancer Care Fund support cancer treatment at the Roy Richards, Sr. Cancer Center in Carrollton, where the latest technology is used in treating cancer patients in our community.
For example, in 2009 the cancer center added the most advanced cancer treatment delivery system available: the Varian Triology with RapidArc. This treatment system offers external beam radiation therapy treatments and can treat cancer and neurological conditions quickly and with unprecedented precision.
Through the generosity of donors to this fund, the Roy Richards, Sr. Cancer Center continues to be on the leading edge of state-of-the-art cancer treatment.
