Payment for Carrollton, Villa Rica and Higgins may be made online, or checks can be mailed to the following address:

Payment arrangement
All patient balances are due within 10 days of statement receipt, unless prior arrangements are made. Patients can call 770.836.9566 and select “option 2” to discuss payment arrangements.

Itemized bills
For patient convenience, itemized bills will be provided upon request. Requests should be directed to the Tanner Health System business office by calling 770.836.9566 then selecting “option 2.”
Separate billing
You may receive a separate bill from the following medical specialists: emergency physicians, radiologists, anesthesiologists and pathologists. These physicians are not employees of the Tanner Health System.
