The Tanner Walking Program encourages participants to walk at Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville, the walking trail at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton, in their community or anywhere else they happen to be.

Register with Tanner Health Source to track the number of miles you walk, and as you complete milestones, you'll receive prizes such as water bottles, pedometers, T-shirts and backpacks.
